You launch a business. It grows. And, suddenly, you find that you’re so busy, you literally can’t do everything.
It’s time to focus on the things only you can do and hand off the rest.
Only I can do the voiceovers in my vocal booth, but I can hire out my marketing, audio production, script writing, and accounting. More importantly, only I can be a father to my boys. Only I can be a husband to my wife. And only I can ensure that I spend enough time fly fishing on the river or paddling a surf ski on Lake Superior to be healthy and mentally present.
Make a list of the “Only I’s” and seriously consider hiring people to take care of the other stuff for you. You’ll maximize your ability to deliver on your personal differentiators and will cut down on the time you spend doing less profitable, less productive work.
